  So I used this company for my mortgage! They are the worst company you can probably use! They don’t care about customer care or about your house or mortgage bills. They messed up with my taxes abs tried to charge me double the amount I pay now. I have called them 8 times since day 1 when I got my mortgage bill to resolve this issue and they are saying we are reviewing it. I asked what would happen if I get to the deadline of the late fee abs they said I would have to pay it when this is all their mistake; has I not asked and researched I would have jus paid the bill assuming this is tax for this year but they messed up the whole thing. I waited for them to reach out to me but no one has called I am the one trying to get this resolved while they just don’t care. I am on the phone with them now tried to speak to a supervisor I have been on hold for a supervisor for 18 minutes now and still holding! They are cheaters and will steal your money! Do not use them !!!!

  They are so good when they need to get you all set and approved for the loan, But after that and when you start paying your monthly payment, they are going to be very careless and they mess with all the numbers just to make you pay more than what you got to pay even if it's correct or not, they are really the worst company I have ever dealt with.
