  Greg @ America's was who I initially worked with to buy my home a few years back, I can't say enough good things about that experience. Everyone says buying their first home is stressful, but Greg and his team made it so easy I couldn't believe it. Very communicative and timely every step of the way. So when the time came when I needed to refinance, i went with Greg and his team again. I got the same exact level of personal knowledgeable service I expected. Greg also worked through how to give my credit score a little bump so I could get a better rate. All in all and 100% i would recommend the folks at America's to anyone!

  I worked with several loan officers through my first home buying process. There was a lot of disappointment through the pre-qualification process until I met Greg. He went above and beyond to make sure I found my first home! I cannot recommend a better loan officer.

  I started my mortgage loan process with Rocket/Quicken Loan because I thought a national company could tell me more quickly if I would qualify for 2 loans at the same time, in 2 different states, trying to reinvest my 1031 Exchange in the 45 day deadline of identifying a property to purchase. After much thought and debate, I decided to keep my reinvestment closer to home. After giving Quicken Loans all the necessary documents, my loan agent was pressing for the thumbs up from me to go ahead and send it to underwriting for approval. I told him he hadn't even given me any figures yet on my mortgage. He did so and I was immediately alarmed at my closing costs. I told him I would not give him the thumbs up for further approval and he hung up on me. I immediately called Greg Waters, whom I'd used on a previous loan. He quickly ran through the numbers with me and I knew right away that Greg could get me a better interest rate for less money, saving me a couple thousand at closing and thousands more over the course of the loan. Greg was aware of my time frame and quickly got to work. He and Veronica were awesome at how fast they put this thing together and submitting it for approval with time to spare. They worked diligently into the evenings when necessary. The night before closing I see the final settlement document had a couple errors in the figures (closer's fault). The next morning, closing scheduled at 11AM mind you, I brought this to Veronica's attention, she immediately contacted the closer and had things corrected. She even told me that morning, "If you have any questions or concerns at closing, you just tell them you need a minute and step out and call me." I gotta tell you, that touched my heart! Above and beyond, these two are the BEST! (And Quicken, well that loan agent called the seller's realtor to tell them that they withdraw my letter of loan pre-qualification! Totally trying to sabotage my purchasing the home! Never again!)
