  Don't bother trying to call this branch for anything. They NEVER answer the phone. I have tried on multiple different days and multiple repeat calls and NO ONE ever answers the phone. This has been the worst experience with a loan and trying to pay it off.

  I’m a member in Birmingham but found a car I wanted to purchase in south Alabama. I was able to meet the private seller at the Mobile location and Haley was very nice and efficient with getting things taking care of in a timely manner and smoothly. I have been with Amfirst for over 20 years and it has always been a smooth process with their loan officers. Thank you Amfirst!

  Im going to give you all a 2 star. ONLY because of one lady that works at the window. She has always been so rude. I mean i ordered checks, that hasn't came in yet, so I asked if I could get a check from them... she comes up and tells me the date my checks was ordered on and wouldn't give me one just until I get them in. Then as we are pulling out, I can see her pick up my receipt and start saying whatever. I don't know if she is just miserable with life or what, but that isno way to treat customers. Everyone else up there is great and amazing. The lady that I saw to openly account is so sweet. If everyone was like her, you'd probably get ALOT more business.

  I have been with awhile and I have never had any issues always super sweet when walking into the branch or even handling business though the drive though, even when I had fraud on my acct the process was super simple and easy I have always been taken care of with no problems at all even though customer service. This is my forever bank and I won’t be going anyway

  Love the customer service, but any time I call to make a car payment, I’m on hold for what feels like forever. Today, I’ve been on hold for an hour and 45 minutes, and still counting. It may not be entirely in their fault, but I still think it’s a bit too long

  They are always super sweet and helpful! Plus they are always quick whenever I drop my car payment off during lunch LOL, that's much appreciated! :)

  Get your car loan somewhere else. $10 charge for paying loan online, $12 charge for PAYING OVER THE PHONE WITH A ROUTING AND ACCT NUMBER. I thought it was a joke, but they are not kidding. What kind of payment processor charges $10 for a $300 transaction anyways? Clearly some of that is getting kicked back to the bank. I cant wait to pay off this car so I never have to deal with this joke of a financial institution again.

  Online transfer limits are ridiculous and they have no workaround.
