  Wastes your time! Try to do it online.. “couldn’t get bank info” called them.. then she says come to office, “it’ll be done faster” so o go on my next day off , it’s closed!! On a FRIDAY! Tried faxing to them and it’s not a fax machine! Then they need more to THAT day I finally got it there via email.. then No respond.. til next Tuesday! Then needed more to THAT day.. I applied Wednesday before! Almost a week! No fast service here!! More of time wasted!! Don’t even deserve a single star!!! Horrible!!

  In the Fulton, Mo office, the woman in charge has always been helpful, courteous, and friendly. She goes the extra mile to try to make the loan happen with payments I can afford.
