  The staff isn't very engaging most times. While I do like the banking and savings accounts, their mortgage dept. Is a joke. They claim to have the best rates, but they do if you buy down to those rates. And their origination fees are higher 2-3 month closing (60 days on ours). Don't fall for the false advertising... but if you need a good bank, I'd say these guys are about the best I have had.

  The tellers treat you like you're the scum of the earth when they don't like you. They actually stole from me. I lost some coins in their machine. And they claimed they didn't get them. Well then, I hope other coin collectors are more careful than I am.

  I don't know where some of you are banking and who you are reviewing...but the young men and women at Lee's America First Credit Union are light years above and beyond in customer service than other banks tellers...they know me by name and always have a smile for me and my family members...a warm welcome and come back soon are always a refreshing moment in my day...for those looking for a real banking experience, no place better than Lee's America First
