  Diversified Home Loans is fantastic! Our Loan Officer on our recent purchase was Justin Taylor, I have worked with him on a professional level for many years and had him do our personal loan. I can't say enough about how great everything went. He always goes above and beyond to help his clients and make sure they are getting the best loan program he can provide, and the best customer service. He is with you through every step.   This company has been handling our mortgage since the beginning, we were recommended by our realtor. Chris specifically has been enormously helpful throughout the entire process, he is super explanatory and answers all our questions to keep us perfectly informed.   I had the wonderful opportunity to buy a home this year and was working with a different lender and things weren’t going smoothly. In the end I call Justin to ask him to look at the deal I was getting with the other lender. He gave me honest feedback trying to save me some money with the other lender. Jason was always quick to respond and was able to save me .75% on my rate and thousands off my closing costs. My mortgage payment went down by $200 a month and tens of thousands over the lifetime of my loan. It was quick and easy. They were able to get me approved and funded in about 3 weeks on a USDA loan. There’s no better place to get a home loan in Logan.
