  They have 10 Teller Computers, they only use 3. Took 30 minutes to deposit a check. Possibly the Drive Thru would be faster. The drive thru isn't faster. Only one teller working the drive-thru at 3 in the afternoon!!!

  I have always had a great experience with every bank employee. I love the friendly tellers, especially if it's been an extra long line (they happen everywhere). You know they must be exhausted but, yet you are still greeted with a friendly face and a positive attitude of "What can I do for you?" This pandemic has taken a toll on everyone so it's refreshing when a business still maintains the positive Goodwill towards all or at least strives to. Not every day is going to be a stellar day for everyone. The tellers are first individuals before they are tellers. I know it helps when I can be a little patient while waiting in the extra long lines, which seems to go by very quickly, if you ever hit one while banking there.

  It's the worst banking system and experience I ever seen. I paid off my car loan 6 month ago and still no title. No matter whom I spoke with didn't resolve the problem including main branch manager Tom. I contacted the law firm to help me investigate what kind of fraud stays behind that because can't wait anymore. never do business with that company.

  I haven't interacted much with this credit union, but the times that I have can be rated phenomenally. Last weekend when my wife and I were inquiring about a Home Equity Loan at a different credit union we kept getting the run around. We left and headed to America First where we found the process so much more organized and helpful. Before we could sit down after talking to the receptionist we had a loan officer taking us back. The process was very pleasant and the loan officer, Spencer, made it fun and easy. Thanks Spencer!

  I have had an account with these guys for years now. Went to get a car loan, and these guys are saying that I have a 712 credit score on experian where they said they pulled it from. I called Experian and they told me that I have a 749 credit score and these guys are wrong. I called Steven back, and he said oh they have their own scoring system that determines what my credit score is. It is not just a small discrepancy, and it is a difference between a 3% interest rate or a 6%. They are a joke, and they said there is nothing they can do about it. I will be finding a different credit union asap.

  I went to the America First on Wall Ave in Ogden to simply put a check into my account. The teller apparently called me when they meant to call someone else and got everything confused. She told me one moment to go ask a manager about my questions when all of a sudden a different teller greeted me. She had no idea what was going on and when I tried to explain to her what was happening she kept giving me major attitude. The previous teller came on and attempted telling me she got me and someone else confused in a way I did not understand. The confusion and how rude the tellers were really made this experience a bad one. I've never had a problem with the drive through at this location before, but now I'm going somewhere else. I DO NOT need attitude like they were giving me for a mistake that was not mine.

  OMGosh! I have been working really hard to get a CC Line of Credit whatever. Have Fair Credit trying to establish better but America First during a Pandemic didn’t even consider the situation This is NOT America’s First Credit Union, This IS AMERICAS WORST CREDIT UNION!

  The wait time at this branch is terrible! 20 minutes in the drive through. Two cars in front of me.
