  Had the most darling girl helping us this morning, she was not only super helpful with looking up our schools PTA account, but went out of her way to send my kiddos lollipops without us even asking for them...needless to say she made some toddlers' very happy with her simple, kind gesture. I wish I'd caught her name! Thank you again! 😊

  Horrible customer service. Would never recommend going to this branch for your banking needs. Let my little brother deposit his whole check knowing he asked to changed his pin. They allowed him to deposit it without his student id then said he couldn’t change his pin or take out money without his student id. This is also Saturday at closing time. So he is stuck all weekend with no money or way to get it out. Very rude about it all as well. We would have paid a fee to cash it elsewhere so he could have had money to spend this weekend.

  My money is always locked up, so I never have it when I need it. I turned off the overdraft protection, and they still allow stuff to pull out of my account when I don't have the money, and the app is terrible. This isn't just about this specific branch it's about the bank in general. Switching banks ASAP.

  My wallet with my debit card was stolen and I was in a really rough position being unable to access my funds. America First was really helpful, understanding and reassuring. They quickly got my new card ordered and placed additional security on my account. I was even able to cash a check at a branch so that I had money over the holiday weekend. Thank you guys!!!

  Extremely helpful with wiring money needs over the weekend for our process in trying to buy a home, we had to go to America First because nobody else would offer what we needed and they got the job done!

  Awful customer service. Waited 20 minutes to deposit checks. There wasn't a line for the drive thru either.
