  Great location, upscale interior, bank has too many fees. After becoming disenchanted by the fees decided to close accounts. Cost for account closure check? Ten bucks. Really? Go somewhere else.

  I was ripped off $ 520 by a chip master card that I didn't even use and hadn't been activated over the phone. I never had a response from the bank. The telephone service is lousy, everything stays there, then they don't act.
