  Used the ATM to deposit a few dollars. Lady that was using the ATM next to me wasn't able to complete her transaction. She had to wait until I was finished.

There are a myriad of reasons why this could have occurred, and unfortunately our ATM's are not perfect machines so sometimes they may have issues.   Don't waste your time here with any car loan. JIMMY ZAPATA is by far the WORST auto loan expert you can talk to! He does not care about what the customer wants and does not even seem to care about helping you out. Stay away from here you're better off doing business elsewhere.
