  ATM here sucks. Never using it again. Pretends to give me money makes sounds then says sorry for your inconvenience when I have money in my account. Makes no sense so I have to drive to another atm that does give me my money without all the hassle

  I have to say I have Never been treated the way I just was at any bank I've ever done business with. Jennifer wallace at the Wilma Rudolph branch is the most rude disrespectful teller I've ever dealt with. I came in at 5:10pm on a Friday. 20 mnts before closing. I had questions about A+platinum dividends. When I followed her over to ask the gentleman mgr that was a few steps away she told me , "that I needed to go back over to the teller window!" Then proceded to say she was getting the information and could tell me herself when she was done. Then informed me that i could not speak to mr mgr because its 20mnts before closing. He was literally 6ft away from me. I said ok , then when i tried to ask my question because I still didn't understand she kept cutting me off mid sentence and said, "Well , I just told you the answer to that question." She was clearly irritated because she did not know how to answer the questions. Is the dividend 2.227 for up to $15,000..then earn .199 on the amt over $15k? She tells me I need to open a A+ as well as A+platinum to get the .199 dividend. I only wanted to know about the A+platinum. I also have to add that when the gentleman mgr opened my act he was not versed/familiar with the different acts interest & dividends. He sent me to the front desk to get a debit card made and a wire tranfer form. Then the lady at the front desk told him he's supposed to do it. What kind of operation is this??? Most unprofessional display of banking I've ever seen. Needless to say, with ms Wallace's mean faced nasty demeanor I didn't accomplish setting up my A+Platinum act and left.

  Okay let me get this straight u support trane of Clarksville the has too work at least to Saturday a month. And the one right out side this company open and your company has a atm in our company. This bs. Union strong my business will be some where that we meet my Companies needs. Good bye.

  Of course another weekend day where I can't use my account do maintenance on a week day so I could at least call this is the most frustrating bank I've ever had

  I just recently move to Tennessee and needed a new bank. They've helped me with my loan and everything else. They were kind and very helpful. I have had no problems with them at all. I haven't had a bank that actually cared for there customer. Unlike a few credit unions around here the provide really good interest rates on loans and get you what you need.

  When I first joined Altra (about 2 years ago), I was surprised by the professional yet personable manner I was treated with. The representative who helped me made me feel welcome. In October, I had to speak to someone in regards to changes in my account and I was approached by Carol. She was helpful and informative. She gave me all the information I needed at that moment, and also to follow up. When I called to ask further questions, she said she had my information there waiting for me. I was impressed that she remembered me and my banking needs. Very pleasant staff. What a different experience than some other banks I've dealt with in the past. Highly recommend this credit union to all.

  Today I meet with Aimee and she was so sweet and very informative about opening up a checking account. She answered all the questions I had and she was more than willing to assist me. Thank you so much Aimee. I would most definitely recommend visiting her at Altra Credit Union. She’s very personable and she kept a smile on her face.

  I just financed my second vehicle with Altra and it was a reminder of what a great credit union they are! Renee was there for me every step of the way and made the process easy and painless. I've been a member for years and the staff has always been helpful and courteous. Thanks again Altra!

  This is something I don't understand at all, this is like the 5 time I come to this location just because I truly need to, everyone always rude and mean, comparing to Madison location, everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness, Im not begging you all to do something, you're doing your job, you can't treat people bad because of our appearance, specially this location at wilma, most of those women's very rude!.
