  I had a bad experience with this bank and it's mostly because of the branch manager. This bank was brand new building and inside looked really clean. They have a little area were you can sit and have some coffee and water so that was nice. Now for the bad part. I wanted to open a checking account so we got seat and went through the process during it I ask for a small favor of removing a 3 dollar fee from there bank so I could put money in the bank. The lady I talked to said we can't do that so I asked for the branch manager. So she came and said the same thing and like wait I'm setting up with you a new account and you can't do this for me. She said your welcome not to not bank with us if you want. I was like wow nice way to treat people. I was upset about. I did get a account but I probably not going use it or just cancel the account. Theses people are not nice at all to just do a small thing. I would not bank with them unless you have no other choice. After that experience I had some lunch and went to different bank were I was treated a lot better. So I'm going to do business with the other bank and not Altra. 👎👎👎👎👎

  We used Martha with Altra for home lending. I could not find a better rate and the process was incredibly efficient. Give them a consideration for your lending needs.

  Customer Service at its finest! From the Tellers, or any of the Loan Specialists: Eric and Amy in commercial lending, or Nohemi and Blancafor, they're all great. Friendly employees, and lightning fast loan approvals. Not to mention, great loan rates. I highly recommend this branch for all of your banking needs.

  Worst place to deposit your checks if you need some cash right away, it makes me mad the even though they have personal to assist you, they always are going to sent you to their atm, and the atm always puts a hold on you're check for that reason I always have to go to the troup hwy branch where they do their job.

  Wont get a call back, and do not expect an answer after 4 its like they just do not want to work
