      We've banked here for almost 10 years and lately they have changed to be more predatory. I guess they have decided they need to be like other banks and charge as many fees as possible (stack the deck to put deposits in after debits on the same day, charge a bill pay fee, etc.). I am switching to another bank because if I have to have a bank that charges fees all the time I might as well have one that is convenient with more up to date technology. They also don't answer emails or return phone calls anymore. So much for being a local "community" bank??

      So I go to the drive thru window on 2/16/2019 and the lady inside tells me she cant do the withdrawal because she has no drawer and the employee that was supposed to have been there wasn't. She went on to say that she was trying to get the manager to get someone else to come in but my thing is if the manager has been made aware of this situation then why dont he/she come in. Bad business and this isn't the only experience that I have had with tccu. I guess it's just time for a change. Change is good and growth for me in alot of situations. Look at it how you want to. Of course you can only draw up to 500.00 out of the ATM and of course I needed more and therefore this caused me to have to make 2 trips to the bank, again bad business. People have things to do on Saturdays when they work Monday thru Friday, and going backwards is not fitted into my schedule.

      Worst bank to bank with. Every night at a certain time you can’t access your funds I sat at a gas station needing gas for at least two hours trying to get gas and o could not use my card our get money out the ATM for 2 HOURS! I’ve tried giving the the benefit of the doubt but this is a continuous problem for me I shouldn’t have to always have problems getting MY MONEY OUT MY BANK! At a certain time just because your system are down I got the same error on my card saying over and over while accessing my online account which sucks also I will be closing my accounts for the 3 time now because of this

      Update August 2018: I am still disgruntled. Once again I’ve been let down. Tonight I made a SINGLE amazon purchase. Then after than NOTHINg could be purchased online. Not my Walmart Grocery Pick Up, not my Electric Bill, nada. It says that it’s declined. I called fraud prevent several times to make sure that my card isn’t on hold or flagged. No it’s ACTICE! So why can’t I use it? Beats me. We just got paid so it’s not due to insufficient funds.I run down to the ATM and it says my daily limit has been exceeded. Again, confused as to how when my amazon order was under $100. I hope this gets resolved in the morning. Because we moved 1000 miles away and still do direct deposit with them and no physical location near us other than a sister bank 45 minutes away. We’ve been with them for YEARS and never had these issues like this. July 2018: My husband and I have had the pleasure of banking with this credit union for years now. Recently within the last year my debit card becomes useless if I try to use it at midnight. I haven’t the foggiest why. I try to pay a bill, it declines it. Pay at a gas pump. It declines it. Log into the website and I get an error code saying the host transaction failed. This issue needs to be resolved. I’m thinking of swapping banks because NO one wants to be stranded on the side of the road while traveling because they can’t get gas because your banks system goes down every night at midnight assuredly updating. This is a serious inconvenience when you insure and entrust your money with a bank.
