  Been with United Credit Union for about 4+ years and they have been great. Very fast to getting you a response Margarita has always help me the staff is always friendly and welcoming. 5 stars from me would highly recommend this establishment for all your needs including banking CDs loans.   I have been with this institution for over 20 yrs. Yet everytime I apply for any type of service....I never get any type of return response. Not an approve or disapprove--nothing but we will call you back. I know so many people who simply do not use them anymore because of similar situations. It has been suggested numerous times I find another bank/ credit union who values the customer and now im at the point of doing just that. They do have a couple of nice people who works there, but as a whole, I simply do not think they value loyalty at all. Update: Sherri and Cameron was so nice and professional! It meant a lot to me as a long time customer.

  Worst service I have ever received. Margarita was extremely rude and unprofessional. Avoid this place at all cost.
