  We have tried to use the 24 hour ATM at this location twice now. Both times, the system has been down. After so many ATM withdrawals at other locations, you get charged from Altra. Not being open on Saturday’s makes it difficult to get questions answered or money from our account.

  Closed on Saturdays and the only one in Rochester. Bank tellers are a bit sassy and don't care to much for your presence. Now Affinity Plus Credit union is the exact opposite. Great customer service and they actually care. I can't wait for the day I can do 100% of my banking exclusively with AP.

  Robots. First the loan officer doesn't know how to read a credit report. She thought my closed credit card account which was paid good and in good standing was a collection account just because it had been closed. My debt to income ratio is excellent, but yet had a problem with my ratio which to this day I cannot figure out for the life of me how that is possible. The underwriters who make the decisions work behind closed doors so you cannot communicate with a decision maker to even find out if the right information is relayed. Then it took 2 days for them to even be able to figure anything out. If they don't know how to read a credit report, then I guarantee there is no possible way they know how to go through my tax returns. I'm laughing just thinking about what I listened to. Do not recommend this bank to anyone that owns businesses, or anyone that requires a complex financial statement. If the math requires anything more than 1+2=3, then there is no way they'll be able to figure it out or wrap their brains around it.

  Their online banking system is the WORST possible system. So many clicks, 3 different account logins. They make it as hard as possible to pay a simple loan. Very frustrating. However, when I called to get the issues resolved, the person who assisted me over the phone was very pleasant and helpful

  I am sure altra credit union does not create virus for phones but I have adware on my phone which put on full page ads all day and night walking me up five times at night. I doubt they do that for free. So as long as you participate in adware I or anyone I can influence will not be using your services. Very disappointed.

  Brian, Altra does not have or allow any outside advertising in our app. Our app is only available through the Google Playstore or the Apple store, which scan apps to prevent this kind of malware. If you have ads or malware on your phone, it is not from Altra's app. We suggest running a virus scan.

  The staff at the southwest Altra Credit Union were extremely friendly, welcoming, and provided all of the information I needed in order to set up an account.

  I started with an Altra car loan and really like Altra. The online banking is easy to use and offers lots of account information. Everyone has been helpful and friendly.

  The atm and night depository in the Rochester location are locked. Supposed to be able to access the lobby they are in with my atm card, but I can't. Will be moving my money to a bank I can access.
