  We just closed on our first home with Betsy Salas and we couldn't be happier!!! The knowledge and customer service we received was unbelievable. She made this whole process feel less overwhelming and we had no problem putting our confidence in her and the Alterra Home Loan team. We highly recommend them! Betsy's attention to detail, her professionalism, and her genuine drive to get us in our dream home exceeded our expectations.   Betsy is by far the best lending experience I've ever had. She is friendly and very customer service focused. As someone who's never owned a house before it was hard finding someone that really cared to help. 2 other lenders made me feel like I was just a number and not an actual human with tons of questions that needed answers. I am beyond grateful to have met Betsy Salas who guided us and answered every time with a smile on her face. She is now our friend and can't wait to have her over!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️IF YOUR A FIRST TIME HOME BUYER CARLOS IS DEFINITELY THE GUY TO GO TO, NOTHING SHORT OF A STUD!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Words cannot express how professional and caring Carlos is about his clients.Before getting to Carlos I went through 3 different lenders, all of which didnt really seem like they cared much for me and my family. From the moment I had our first conversation I could tell that I was now in the care of a person that truly cared about the well being of my family. He made the process so seamless that i started to lose track of the time when he told me escrow would be closing. I thought a lot today about what to say as I knew I wanted to give him a good review, but even now I'm at a loss for words on how great Carlos is.   Just called to see about getting pre approved for a loan. The man that I spoke with didnt seem to happy that the house I wanted to get wasnt in his area. And basically hung up on me. Thanks Alterra I wont be getting a loan from you in Missouri either lol.
