  Sales staff is extremely knowledgeable and polite. Raul and Angela are there to help customers however they can. Their store prices are significantly lower than other pawn shops I've been to. Always willing to negotiate!

  I came across this store while getting gas. I checked it out, it is a bit small but they gave a great selection of jewelry. I picked up a chain for a price a lot less than I expected. Ask for Raul he is very knowledgeable and helpful.

  I wanna tell the whole world about how amazing this place was. I have never had a parking ticket my whole life. I had no idea what this process would look like. Everyone , from the person that answered my terrified call, to the person that met me at the station to get my brother- they were helpful, knowledgeable, professional and patient. I spoke with the owner, I think her name is Vanessa. She really kept me calm. Thank you guys!

  Taken several loans from them. Great service from the start, but gets better with repeated use. Always felt like they've given me a fair shake. Never felt like they're trying to pull a fast one on me. They know their stuff for sure with precious metal coins. Gave me the highest loan amount compared to the 4 other shops I got quotes from the first time i took a loan out. Though its not a huge selection, my girlfriend loves the jewelry they have, and has successfully convinced me to buy a few pieces for her. Hell, I even bought a ring for myself. They sell jewelry according to precious metal content times current spot price. Theres no premium for 'coolness' or aesthetics. I never leave reviews but I needed their phone number and saw the tab in the corner saying 'write a review', so i figured, why not? They've done right by me, and maybe my review will do them a good turn. I've mainly dealt with a husband and wife (primarily the husband) who've treated my girlfriend and me with the utmost respect and friendliness. They've actually taught us a number of interesting things. But I must add, I've known exactly the quality and value of the items i've brought in as collateral. I've never tried to oversell my items or otherwise b.s. them. I get the distinct feeling that an individual trying to do so will not have as satisfying an experience as I have had.

  My friend went to court for follow up and ended up arrested... after one phone call and within 30 minutes there was an agent on the way and within 1.5 hours I took my friend home. Since then I've referred them 2 times and they both had the same stellar service. It's a tough time to have a love one arrested, it's important to have a bail bonds company that understands and helps! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

  I found this place while getting gas, it's a small place, but they have the best prices. They have several stores, but there prices seem better than other pawnbshops I have found in van Nuys. I bought a 3 gram gold ring for my mother for less than $100. They have a better selection, but if your looking for a cheap gift, this is the place.

  i came across this post and had to share my experience i guess whoever is complaining must have brought in something not as valuable as they thought. my personal experience has alway been excellent from back when the older mafia looking guy was still there up to now, where i believe its his son in law who runs it which gives me even better deals on items i didnt think were worth that much. so in my opinion they are more than fair and courteous .no i was not paid for this post lol but my personal has always been great.

  Found this pawn shop. Needed quick cash, for a bill and they gave me more than other shops offered for my wedding ring. I tried a shop on the boulevard and they wouldnt even negotiate. Hopefully next time I can shop. NICE selection of jewelry.
