  I would recommend Anthony as he is a wonderful banker. He does as a great jobs to helping me to finished loan mortgage as i was denied from other bank that suffering me. I’m very much feel comfortable to dealing with him either in person, texting or calling. He’s very much helpful and has a very good customer service. Also he has a professional manner.

  I worked with Merlin Huntington at Alterra Home Loans. I had a great consultation and discussion of my mortgage options, and things were explained in a way that I could understand clearly. He was always easy to reach by phone or email, and responded quickly. Merlin and his team were fantastic through the whole process and always professional and responded in a timely manner.   I like to go over a few things about Alterra Home Loans, I went to two master loan companies you may know of “ Axia Home Loans “ and “ Mann Mortgage “ both very large companies. Both based on my credit I can be approved, both I provided everything they needed and again I can be approved based on credit, bank funds, etc but both said the same thing based on how the taxes was done “ by Anthony P“ they can’t find a way to approve the $430k loan amount and the reason is how you set up the taxes for me. Anthony P, you told me was based on my credit which is not true! is based how Alterra Home Loans setup our taxes using my credit as an cover up, I asked both companies above to write me a legal letter if these findings with proof which I have on hand now on top of emails from of the tax preparing questions plus pre-approval letter from you not just one but two pre-approval letters. I guess the question is because how they prepared my taxes and is not based on credit, how you plan to approve this loan? We have $5k in EDM, after speaking with our lawyer all both companies based on all three sources came to it that taxes your prepared for me from Alterra Home Loans has me and my family set to fail and a lost of $5k. You been warn, if you get any type of loan from Alterra Home Loans!

  Worst, no response, no call back after submitting paperwork and all my personal information, already pre-approved at other lender, these people Not even the courtesy of a call, Complete Waste! !!!
