  The crew at this branch is spectacular in every way. From the branch manager Nannette, to all the other girls - Jaiden, Monica and Megan - everyone is friendly, helpful and proficient. We started with Altabank a little over 8 months ago and have not been disappointed at any step along the way. Account setup was seamless, communication has always been on point, and the overall concern of their team for our business needs has been much appreciated.   Springville Altabank has great customer service. They work hard to provide friendly, accurate and terrific care to each of their customers. Nannette is a wonderful manager and Jaiden is a fantastic teller/new accounts rep!

  Altabank in Springville is amazing. They are always helpful and kind. The employees Jaiden and Monica have helped me numerous times over the years and I appreciate their knowledge and willingness to help me. The manager Nannette is always kind and does whatever she can for her customers, she runs an exceptional branch and staff. I highly recommend the Springville branch of Altabank.

  Alta Bank in Springville is great! Every time I have gone in, the staff there are helpful, courteous, and always treat me with respect. They are quick/efficient in handling my transactions and always make me smile. I would highly recommend this group. Very nice! Very professional!

  Every experience I have had with AltaBank has been excellent! The staff at the Springville location never fails to go above and beyond and they always put their customers’ needs first. One of their tellers, Jaiden, has taken any step necessary to make my experience enjoyable and it’s safe to say that I never plan on changing who I bank with.

  I love Alta Bank! Monica and Jaiden are always so helpful when I stop by. Their quick/professional service and "can do" attitude makes my trips to the bank a pleasure instead of a chore. The bank is well kept and the service is second to none.

  The employees are quick to help and kind. I like it too that they are honest and forthcoming. If something can be done, they do it. They are people of high integrity so they cannot be bullied into something they cannot or should not do. The staff is well trained, experienced, and great customer service experts.   I have banked with Far West Bank in Salem which changed its ownership 4 times I believe. I stuck though it all because of the great personnel and service. The Springville Bank of American Fork is where I bank and have done so for many years as they are the ultimate owner in this series. Over the 30 plus years I have had good service and all my banking needs have been excellent with all the previous changes in succession until now. The Bank of American Fork really sucks. The personnel in Springville are great but the whole management system is not customer oriented, very difficult to even find out what you online balance is. Money transfers is a nightmare were it not for the local personnel. At one time I deposited over $250 million dollars in Far West which is now Bank of American Fork without even telling them. I did it because of how great they were to work with. Recently because of a divorce, I needed to finance a $150,000 approx. value car for $60,000 loan. I held the title and it was free and clear. I asked them to speed it up as I needed to finalize the divorce action. The home office is the only one that could process the loan, not my Springville, Bank. I went they, they were awkward to work with, the person I had the appointment was not there but returned after I set around for a while. They promised to let me know in 3 days. A week later I still had not heard from them. I called and they did not know. Finally they called me back and said it was declined. I was stunned. Through my personal company I have probably processed over $1 Billion dollars of business through them. Never borrowed anything before, they made a fortune off my leaving my money in their bank and now for a pitiful amount like this they reject it without reason. They said a person would be sending me a report as to why it was reject but did not know when I would receive it. I was so ticked off I went to another bank I deal less with and had the money the next day. About a week later the rejection report came in. It did not say why it only said one of 3 agencies in credit reporting had an issue that made them not want to do the small loan because of. What that issue is I do not know to this day. Neither do they by the way. To say the least, I am through with these disloyal unappreciative bankers who are just what you think bankers are. Cold, uncaring and very difficult to work with. My company is growing fast and soon will be doing many tens of millions of dollars a month all over the world. Almost all of this multibillion dollar a year potential will now be going to a professional bank and not to this bunch of hillbilly bankers for Negative-ville. Bank of American Fork should have stayed in AF and not expanded out to where to try and play ball with the big boys. They are just a bunch of not ready for prime time bankers, with the notable exception of the personnel at the Springville branch and may god protect them and their jobs in having to work for the morons who run the Bank of American Fork
