  This branch has a fantastic employee in Leah. Kind and patient, very easy to work with, even in tough situations. We really appreciate her great service and care for the customer!

  Although I do not bank here personally, I have cashed checks here a few times in recent years. The staff has terrible customer service. The teller Sydnie (I think thats her name) is very rude and short in her tone with all of her customers--as far as i have seen.. The manager, Geovany, doesn't seem to know any answers to my questions and if there is an error she tends to blame her employees rather than trying to fix things herself. I don't know why anyone would bank here with such terrible customer service. There was a young man that worked here about a year ago that was wonderful and seemed to really care for each customer,but he has since moved on. I would never open an account here and would never recommend to anyone!!

  Every aspect of our experience with Alta bank has been negative. Even the fact that they have been four different banks in five years. We were told we would have a fixed interest rate and signing were given a document showing a variable rate. We were then told we were then told that we would be given a fixed rate after a certain term and still were still not given the results that we had been promised. Every Time we were told something would be done, weeks and months and now years have passed with no result. Serve yourself better with a bigger bank like Chase and save yourself mountains of frustration time and aggravation as well as money. This bank is 2 1/2 points higher than any other local bank. They fail to get results when asked, And fail to keep their promises. Terrible experience here. I will go out of my way to recommend that people not use this bank.

  I asked one of their mortgage officers if Bank of AF had any way to approve a home loan without a credit card/score. I was looking for a yes or no answer; I got a 5-minute lecture on how credit cards work and that I should have gotten one 10 years ago. The tellers are nice and friendly, but this guy was not.
