  Scott has been amazing to work with on our 15-yr mortgage refinance! We were originally working through the process at our credit union with a higher rate and processing time when we came in contact with Scott. He was able to get us a better rate as well as cut the processing time down from 40+ days to under 2 weeks! I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family. Thanks Scott!

  Scott Boerstra was excellent to work with. The process was quick and easy. We refinanced to a 15 year mortgage for the same monthly payment I was already paying. Scott saved me three years of house payments. He shopped my loan to a couple of lenders and saved me $2000.00 by doing it. I would recommend Scott to anyone who is looking for a mortgage or refinance.

  i worked with Scott Boerstra on refinancing our house. He listened to what our goal was for this refinance. He kept on the lookout for us in market conditions to help us get the best rate and terms for our refinance.   There no one I can trust but for Scott Boerstra is your guy!!! From 2016 I was looking for a new house in my budget! He show me all the house that I can afford. Then he found a brand new 2016 townhouse for me which it was perfect! Then 2 years later my wife and I was looking for a upgrade! Again told him my budget which he find us a super nice Home that was perfect to start a family in, But he doesn't stop there. He kept me notified with low interest rate. Which last month we got a super low rate which help save us Money! What I am trying to say. Scott will go beyond customers service to help you get your perfect home! Thanks Scott!

  With the market so low, I wanted to take advantage of the rates, but I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. I wanted to consolidate debt, which I had been pretty sure I had enough equity to do so. I applied initially with the bank my mortgage was through. They told me my credit wasn't high enough. Scott was referred to me by my boss. He got me the cash out option I wanted so I can consolidate my debt. We closed about 2 weeks quicker than my bank told me they could do. (I get it; banks are swamped right now.) On top of those two huge perks, he helped work through a minor hiccup with my insurance company (again, Scott helped save me about $100 a month just in insurance.) The rest of the process was a breeze. I can't sing Scott's praises enough. When I'm ready to sell and buy a longer term house, I have no question that I would call Scott again. He's professional and patient and the kind of guy you want walking you through something like this if you have no idea what you're doing. Thanks again, Scott!

  Scott was great to work with, he was quick to respond and was always following up to make sure we had all our questions answered. I was very skeptical of corresponding remotely, however the process was very easy and straight forward.
