  I purchased two businesses at about the same time through Alpine. They did a great job not only helping me purchase the businesses but first talked with me to see what I outcome I was looking for then walked backwards from there to determine the best kinds of businesses to look at. I worked with Jeremy and he was very helpful and responsive through the whole process. Once I get the two businesses I purchased running in an automated way, I plan to go back to Alpine and look to buy more.

  Buyer beware. I worked with Alpine to assist in purchasing a business to avoid purchasing a fraudulent business. They did little, if anything, to protect me as a buyer despite knowing in explicit detail my fledgling knowledge in online business and what I was hoping to accomplish. Instead of helping and protecting me as a prospective buyer through their brokerage, they sure went out of their way to make the sale go through, as shown by the positive review they received by EMR Marketing who was the seller. (Who I would also recommend avoiding any business for sale from him as they are built on lies). Alpine knew my ignorance and didn’t even bring up making sure there was a performance clause (which I had no idea about at the time), let alone any buyer protection, in the contract which they obviously know about considering their other reviews as well. If you’re looking to buy a business, I would recommend you look elsewhere as for them the sale comes first and foremost. If you’re selling, hopefully you look elsewhere for a broker with more integrity.

  I interviewed three different business brokers to sell my durable goods company in 2015. I was most impressed by Alpine Business Brokers experience in the business broker arena. I had been through the business selling process previously which ended up being a giant job for me because the due diligence part of the sale was left primarily up to me and the buyers accountant. Alpines extensive experience in accounting and financials needed by banks was invaluable. Alpine Business Brokers found the bank for the buyer to qualify at and assisted the buyer all the way through the sale in order to get the loan in place to buy my business. The giant task of due diligence was as smooth as it could have been because Alpine knew how to do it. This is invaluable! The commission was gladly paid by me as the buyer because I got a fare price for my business and the Business Broker worked for months to help the buyer close the deal. Great Experience and we all got paid!!

  I have bought and sold several businesses through Alpine Business Brokers. As a buyer, they have had the foresight to steer me clear of businesses they felt were not a good fit and point me towards businesses that would flourish under my teams core competencies. Of course you are ultimately responsible for your own due diligence but their honesty throughout the process made it far easier than if I was hunting for opportunities alone. They made the SBA process very easy and made obtaining start-up capital cheap and easy. From a seller's perspective they have been irreplaceable. They have been in the business for a long time and have a great network of buyers to make the job of marketing your business far easier. They were respectful when I disapproved of particular buyers due to lack of skill-set and kept looking for person that would take the business to the next level after sale. Alpine focuses on long-term relationships and offer a level of service that portrays that. I will continue to purchase and sell businesses through Alpine in the future.
