  Ordered foreign currency for a trip. I was told when I arrived to pick up the money to sign for it. Because I didn't know the exchange rate I believed that all the money was there. On my trip I immediately discovered I received less than half the funds. After weeks of disputing they claim there's nothing they can do because I signed. I paid over twice the value of the currency to ultimately pay their fees and error. They can't be trusted. The way I see it they stole my money, how does a bank make this kind of error and then refuse to fix it if it was unintentional?

  The New Design of Alpine Banks backend made me cry tears of joy it looks so beautiful. Always friendly staff, but to see a beautiful UI/UX improvement, wow. That is really the cherry on top. Thanks for always improving, but also thanks for always being great!

  Of course credit unions are the best option, if you are going to bank though, I would suggest Alpine Bank. Customer service is phenomenal, immediate, and personalized. I never had problems with them and was always impressed at how quickly I was addressed and helped. I got my card before I left the bank the day I opened my checking account! They are very much a neighborhood bank who still had my back when I went out of state and had to dispute a charge. Alpine is awesome sauce.

  We switched to Alpine Bank this year, and couldn't be happier. We should have switched our accounts years ago- we love them! The customer service couldn't be any better- we are treated like family when we go there. A+

  I love banking with Alpine! Friendly, quick service every time. Tellers are super helpful, and the online banking app is super easy and efficient to use. I'd recommend Alpine to anyone in Denver looking for a wonderful hometown bank.

  This is a home town bank that really invests in the community. You are going too love them Denver. I had many construction and home loan since 1994. Highly recommend them .

  Dont be mislead by one review. Good bank. I obtained my card when I opened my account and no wait on the mail unlike other financial institutions.
