Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union Reviews

Jolyn Tenn4All non contact type interaction. They need more instructions on how to use their system as if you have never seen this kind of set up, it can be confusing. There is a screen which is running ads, but it would be more helpful if it was running a how to use video when you are going to begin your transaction requests.

Ryan K5Convenient Credit Union location for me. I like the kiosk style teller windows that they have. I've always had great service here. It's a credit union so the loan rates are usually better than banks.
Response from the ownerThank you for stopping by our Kailua branch, Ryan! We look forward to providing you great member service on future visits.

Nohea Gallery5So many reasons I love my credit union. #1 is that they didn’t jack up my credit card rate when I was a few days late with my payment. (Another bank raised it from 10 to 26% for being one day late. (This was a mainland cc company I will not name) Another reason is the atm sharing with First Hawaiian Bank. I realize every financial institution is in business to make money but they are patient and fair and give great customer service. Free notary, bill payment online for free ( no more buying or running out of stamps) and they will explain details of loans and helocs patiently. I am truly grateful for them. My whole family are customers, 3 generations. Mahalo nui Aloha Pacific FCU.

Alan Pike5Been going here for years. Good and friendly service. It's a small branch so it can get crowded at times.
