  Everyone at Mann mortgage was extremely helpful and beyond patient! If you’re looking for a team to get you through this process, which can be challenging at times, I would highly recommend these guys! Each individual went the extra mile in some way or another, too many details to list, but believe me it was not easy on their end with so many parties involved and they handled with grace and understanding!   Mann mortgage helped me make my refinancing experience smooth and very time efficient. From the initial meeting to the final closing of escrow, Nichelle was very informative and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Whether there were forms to be filled out online or contractors coming by she texted or emailed and made herself available for any questions or concerns I may have had any time of day or night. I truly enjoyed my experience!

  Mann Mortgage is Awesome! I worked with Chaze Pacheco and he went the extra mile for me all the way! He helped me step by step the whole way till I got my new house! If anyone wants to find a good mortgage company go with Mann mortgage and ask for chaze he is a 5 Star Agent garenty!

  I was trying for about 8 months getting re-financed had no luck in fact it was depressing. Everyone I tried we went thru the whole process then to find out they couldn't do Hawaiian homes. Some local companies were giving me the run around like they didn't want my business. Working with Chaze was a blessing. He was up front with me, gave me good advice and work thru every process of the application with me. Whenever I had a problem working on the computer, he would take a step by step process in getting it done. Because of what i went through prior to Chaze I was going to throw in the towel not get re-financed. This whole process with Chaze was very easy. I am very thankful to him because he saving me "awhole lotta money."
