  The service I've experienced with Euna Chang was exceptional. From the time we reached out to her for a loan pre-approval she was quick to give us results. When we wanted to keep our options open and get a pre-approved for another property, she was quick to give us that approval. We always had very quick responses when we had questions and she was straight up with us when we had decisions to make. As a first home owner we were clueless about a lot of financial terms but she was able to explain them to us in a way we would understand. When it came to closing on our home, she went out of her way to come to my house to have me sign my documents because I have a young son. She made things so convenient for us to get documents to her. When I was interested in increasing my credit she didn't hesitate to help me find a solution to fix it. We are grateful for Euna and her efforts to getting us our first place!! We highly recommend her!!

  Ron did a great job getting me a loan. Plus they won the D2 title too for basketball. Good guy! We ran into a couple of hiccups he helped guide us through.
