      This is a terrible service all around. I have to strongly recommend you find someone else. Their software is extremely buggy even after years of being told over and over that they are about fix the issues in the next update. The customer service is friendly, but they constantly promise to call back and very rarely do. Besides a terribly written piece of software their servers are constantly down or running extremely slow. Some of their tech advice made no sense at all. I had one technician tell me he was going to downgrade me to an earlier version of the software because he liked that one better. The same technician was able to gain access to my computer with out me launching the screen share software, which means you would not want to do banking or anything requiring privacy on the same computer. The only upside is that the fee is reasonable and the people are friendly (but ultimately unable to help you). Do not use this service!
