  I would give this specific branch 0 stars if I could, solely because of the completely incompetent management. How can you only staff 1 bank teller but have 6+ “banking advisors” sitting in empty offices chatting about random nonsense in the middle of the day?! There was at LEAST 7+ customers waiting in line to be helped by one single, poor teller. Unreal. If you have hours to waste in the middle of the day and love standing in line, this is the perfect branch for you!

  Bad service the bank was open and they told me that I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for someone to attend me. I needed to change my check but they told me that there was no one available to do so when there were two people talking without doing anything.
