      Please do yourself a favor and find another Credit Union to bank with. These people seriously do not care about you at all. I'm currently fighting with them about overdraft fees I received from a transaction that I reported to them as fraud! I did not authorize the transactions so of course its going to overdraft the account yet you all are still charging me an overdraft fee?!?! Like how?! Save yourself the time and go elsewhere. There are plenty of other institutions that are no longer charging fees! If you need to talk to someone on the phone be prepared to WAIT AT LEAST 30 minutes to get someone on the phone. This has been going on before the pandemic. If they treat their employees anything like their members I can see why no one wants to work for them. Don't call right before closing neither because I promise your call will mysteriously drop and when you call back you will not be able to get through because their phone lines have been shut down.....they don't care about you unless you are paying their outrageous fees!

      My experience with Alltru Credit Union has been first rate. Recently, I needed new checks and the clerks at the Washinton Avenue branch were very helpful. Also, the credit union has been helping me with a disputed charge on my debit card. I highly recommend this institution.

      The loan process was quick and easy! It didn't take long before I received the results and was called to take the next step. Kim Geen called me to set up a time to finish the process and sign papers. She was a perfect example of professionalism and courtesy. She knew exactly what needed to be done and did it properly! I enjoyed working with Kim!

      The community of employees at Alltru were very helpful and forthcoming with any information needed to help me with building my credit. They have a credit building program that I was informed of that a lot of people could use. They offer a lot of good incentives for their customers to show we care and are not just here to take you money.

      Always have a friendly staff to assist in your money transactions. A woman named Lexi was also very helpful in showing me how to operate the complementary coffee/beverage machine. Many different flavors A great perk for anyone who conducts business here.

      Horrible customer service & long wait times on the phone to begin with. Had 3 different instances that my payments were returned after being told I have overdraft protection. 1 of the 3 times they told me payment went through in which it was for my life insurance I learned later that was untrue. After being declined at the register countless times & embarrassed I called today & they tell me I don’t have overdraft. This is something that should’ve been told to me when I had the first returned payment instead of telling me I have it overdraft protection. My husband & I are closing our joint account & going to Navy Federal where we already have single accounts. We wanted to join a local credit union in our city unfortunately we can’t afford anymore mishaps. If you get an account with this bank take notes, get names, & watch your account because in the end it will be all the customers fault.

      I have never encountered a problem whenever I have had to visit the credit union. No matter which person assist me with transactions, I am treated respectfully. Without effort, employees at the credit union are extremely cordial and I appreciate that very much.

      I have been a member of Alltru for 4 decades. They have consistently helped me with great regard for every purpose I was in need of during the last 4 decades. I started on N Lindbergh in the 1980s. A lady there named Mary was a super star and most of the others down thru the years I can give that same award too. I have been at the Wentzville office now since its opening and find great peace of mind banking with them.

      This is an alright bank I like not having to wait in long lines or have to wait a long time to be waited on if I'm next in line. But what I don't like is my money disappearing from my accounts without getting an explanation where it's going and why. It really baffles me when I ask about it and no one knows anything about it's where abouts.
