  The best bank I know I just open my account a month ago & a half ago . So I can start saving up they even helping me rebuild my credit I will recommend others to give regions Bank a try !

  The manager has an extremely entitled and deplorable attitude! The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire existence. This place gives me so much anxiety every time I come here they are unable to address the issue, but another regions location is more than able to handle what is being requested. Get a new team immediately because everyone they is terrible!

  Advertising Western Union Service, asked teller to confirm that they had the service she said yes. Wife drew money out of the ATM, got back in line. When she got to the teller, she was told sorry we don't have anyone that has the credentials working right now. Realy!!!😞

  Regions Bank at the Corner of Chestnut and 7th Street is awful. Never bank with Regions bank. Here is why, they take unfair fees: I had a check written from a friend from a Regions Bank Account. I had been carrying it around in my wallet. It was not that large of a check, but I decided because I was in the city to cash it. The bank teller at Regions took my ID and took my check and asked me to sign the check. I did so. She then told me that there was a $6 check cashing fee. I told her that since the check was written from a Regions account that there should be no fee. She said that she would go to her manager Justin for an override. She then went to Justin and Justin said that the $6 fee was mandatory. I said even for a check written on your account? He said yes and I told him that was a bad decision and I was going to kill him on the Internet which is what I am doing now. Do not bank at Regions bank. It is wrong for a bank to charge you to cash a check written on one of their accounts, a large percentage of the check. For instance, if you had a $20 check would it make sense to pay a $6 check cashing fee? I will never do business with Regions Bank. They disgust me.

  Has never been too busy when I've needed it. Very quick in and out service with a teller.

  At first when I set up my account with Regions everything seemed to be going well. They were friendly and all that. But now I am very upset with them. Their fees and interest or whatever is ridiculous! I'm done with them.

  Worse financial institution to bank with. Close to two weeks to deposit a payroll check. Customer service is worthless weather it be in person, over the phone or mobile banking.
