  Been a customer since the bank was originally Fort Jackson Credit Union for my cars and mortgages. Over the last few years the systems and service have fallen below the value of the competitive interest rates. The difficulty in making payments and having to constantly watch over them to ensure payments get posted correctly is ridiculous. Customer service when there is an issue takes over 30 minutes to get hold of someone and then they and Susan Smith are rude and unaccommodating. Try another credit union for your needs.
