Luke Thomas1If I could give zero stars I would. Ever since the company did some kind or merger, I haven't been able to reach anyone to make a payment over the phone for over a week. I'm sent to an automated line with a representative that DOES not help in anyway. I've remained on the line at times for over an hour multiple times to be told, "sorry but the transfer to a live representative was returned, so try again tomorrow...or the next week". "You shouldn't be charged any late fees because this call is recorded, so just tell the live representative that when you reach them". I can't explain the frustration of how great there service was until this merger took place. Until this matter is resolved I highly recommend to not use the service until fixed.

Robert Barger1ATM, online banking, and representatives over the phone refused to tell me my balance. Will have to wait a couple more days until I can find out how much of my money is in the bank and then I will close the account

A Patron3Service is good but I don't like the fact that I am limited to how much of MY own money I have access to and also not being able to make mobile deposits if you have a new account until a certain amount of time. This is very frustrating and I will be changing banks.

Sam D2ATM still not working. Have to go through drive through to withdrawal money if needed. Get to the drive through, no pen. Had to send it to get a pen. Wait for it to come back and send again. Get your ATM working!

The ATM was delivered weeks in advanced before it was scheduled to be installed. The service company has a schedule and has not been able to deviate from the original scheduled timeline; we are now within that window and the ATM should be up and running within the next week. Again, we apologize for this unforeseen inconvenience to you and our membership.
