  All State has the worst customer experience on hold on the phone so I can ask if the local branch provides Notary Public services. Why not just publish the local branch phones numbers so I can ask a simple question.

  Everyone is helpful and kind. My son has special needs and opened an account here when he started working. The man that helped him was patient and Matt was able to do it on his own. Also any other time he's gone in they've helped him complete his transactions by himself. Wonderful people

  Horrible bank charge me a 5.00 fee because my mail was returned. I have been getting my statements just fine and now they can’t deliver them to the address I been using since I opened my account 13 years ago!!!!!
