  I would like to start by stating that I used to be in real estate and in my decade of work I was not lucky enough to have met Anna at Allied Lending Group sooner. Dozens of my deals fell through thanks to lackluster loan officers that I finally threw in the towel. I am no longer in the real estate business, but my brother-in-law was buying a house and asked me to assist as it was their first home. Of course I obliged as everyone who has ever bought a home knows how stressful it can be and I wanted to ensure as smooth and timely of an experience for them as possible. Basically, I was supposed to be the middle-man, communicating every step to my brother-in-law and his wife from the realtor, escrow, and lender and putting things in layman's terms. When Anna found out it was their first home, she went above and beyond to make the process run like a well-oiled machine. She explained every step, every cost, and made sure all information was disclosed, especially things that are usually overlooked, like closing costs, insurance, taxes, etc. She even spent an evening with us on a conference call along with the realtor and the insurance agent, going over points, rates, coverage, and anything else you can possibly think of. I wish every loan officer was as diligent, honest, and caring for their clients as Anna is. It took less than 30 days to close and by the end of it we all felt like we were family. Thanks to Anna and the team at Allied Lending Group, I am reconsidering getting back into real estate. Thank you Anna and Allied Lending Group! You guys are amazing!!

  Just completed my refinance using the services of Allied Funding and am amazed at the service received. Our loan officer, Anna, was fabulous! She explained the entire process and returned our calls in a timely manner. Our loan closed right on time as she said! Will definitely be recommending Allied Funding & Anna to all my friends and associates. Keep up the great work!!

  I don't usually write reviews but had to share my seamless experience with Allied Lending Group. Buying our first house was a big decision for us. It was also stressful in the beginning. However, after talking to many lenders, we decided to go with Allied Lending! Anna, our loan officer made the whole process easy and educational. She actually took the time to explain us the process!   I've currently gone through a divorce and didn't want to sell my house. My exes attorneys were pressing me to sell the house to pay off her portion of the equity. I needed to refinance my house immediately so I could cash out and pay my ex off. A friend referred me to Allied Lending Group where I had the pleasure of working with their loan office Anna. I explained to her the urgency of my needing to refinance and cash out, I also explained how I was facing a rapidly approaching deadline to refinance or be forced to sell. Finally I explained that I didn't have very good credit. Anna checked my fico score and determined that it was good enough to qualify for some programs. She said she would be able to have a few proposals for me in 24hrs. I gave her all the necessary information and financials she asked for and left. The next day, as promised Anna called and said that she had a few options for me. We met that evening and Anna presented three programs that worked for me. I went with a 20yr fixed at a decent interest rate, good enough where it was manageable. We closed in 30 days and I now am able to keep my home. I don't think I could have done it if it weren't for Anna at Allied Lending. Not sure if it was because I was referred by a mutual friend or if this is how she treats all clients, but Anna was extremely attentive and helpful, particularly in helping find the best program that worked with my financial limitations. I was very satisfied with the service I received and would highly recommend Allied Lending and Anna to anyone looking for a home loan.

  I had the pleasure of working with Allied Lending Group on my last transaction. The transaction was very tricky because of the financing situation, but Allied Lending Group were the only people who could get it done! Henrik's knowledge and professionalism is unparalleled. Patrick, who is also part of Henrik's team, was very diligent and helpful throughout the transaction. They were the reason we closed the transaction successfully!   I'm a realtor who originally met the staff of Allied lending at a loan seminar. I was immediately impressed with their deep knowledge of the ever changing loan industry. Allied Lending Group is long established and takes a strong no BS approach to the loan business, screening clients thoroughly before making any false promises. This way one is informed and prepared resulting in a smooth closing. I wored with Senior Loan Officer Sabrina Tilimian and her incredible assistant Allen. Both were always accessible when needed and kept me informed the whole time. I never hesitate to send my clients their way whenever possible because so we can all have piece of mind! I just closed on a personal purchase that was very tricky but they got the job done! I couldn't say this for the many internet lenders or fly by night lenders I've encountered over the years. Thank you Sabrina Tilimian, Allen and the entire Allied Team. Keep up the great work!

  Patrick really went out of his way to make sure my loan closed and and I was happy with the terms. We had a few bumps in the road with my loan as there are with all loans but the true value of a mortgage broker is having the ability to quickly find a solution and keep the transaction moving forward and Patrick definitely excelled in that area. He was a problem solver and a big part of the reason things got done, and the loan was actually completed a week prior to the escrow closing date thanks to Patrick, Henrik and Allied. He was even in contact with me at night and very early in the morning during his personal time making sure I had the right document, understood what it meant and signed it before the next deadline. In the 30 days it took to close the loan he communicated with me each day even during his time off over a holiday weekend which speaks about his dedication and professionalism. I have purchased 4 different properties all with different mortgage lenders so far and my next one will be the first time I go back to the same lender and that lender will be Allied.

  Can’t say enough about Allied Lending. Specifically one of their top loan officers Allen Zakaria. As a Real Estate Broker, it’s very important for my lender of choice to be at the top of his game. I’ve done many transactions with Allen and each one has been smooth, worry free, and usually we’ve closed ahead of schedule! I highly recommend Allen for all your lending needs.

  First of all, let me start by saying what a joy it was to work with you guys at Allied Lending. Good timing, perfect preparation of a buyer. Anna you Rock! It is loan officers like you, that make us Brokers never loose our ambitions, and my agents want to go get more and more transactions up and running just because you Anna prove that slogan is correct!   If I could give this lender's loan officer Anna a no star on the internet I would. Closed two files with her. Normal standard escrow with maximum consideration and acceptable and reasonable time of 45 to close took 60 days! Excuse after another, ridiculous reasons and nightmare escrows. I will never ever work with her again! In fact, I refused a referral client simply because she was going to be the loan officer. Closed so many transactions, I have never dealt with such unprofessional, irresponsibly, inefficient person. I would never recommend her or Allied lending company. I know several other agents who closed deals with them, and again, it took about two months to close a deal. It's just the norm with them I guess. If I start a list of mistakes and unacceptable things that was done it will take forever! So, simply said, I am glad it's over and I never have to see or talk to her again! This review had to be done.
