  Christopher, kept me up to date, he answered question about the poor reviews. When things went the wrong direction, he took responsibility for that and corrected it. Our refinance too some time, but it was worth waiting because a lower interest rate. Thanks Christophet Fox and the Allied team.

  Darrell Beaudoin is a top notch customer advocate! I successfully closed on new construction home loan with Darrell. Even when settlement was delayed, I appreciated having established a good communication expectation level where I was always in the loop. He never made you feel like a number and always responded to any emails or calls fairly quickly. I have worked with other companies who made you feel like they were doing you a favor by talking to you even though you are the customer! I strongly recommend Darrell for your loan needs! I was a leery at first dealing with a lender out of state, but because of Darrell and his supervisor Larry, Allied will always be my first choice! Thanks for the great customer service!

  I recently had a loan officer contact me with the opportunity to refinance. I really wasn't looking to refinance as of yet, but wanted to get some basic information. The loan officer Cassandra said she would send me some information, but instead she pulled my credit without my authorization and submitted an application on my behalf! Due to the fact that my scores weren't where they should be, I never heard back from her. I contacted her by phone about a week later and was told that she would send me a couple of options to refinance to review. I NEVER got anything from her, nor did she respond to any of my follow-up emails! I will never go to this company again!

  Working with our broker Casey was great, she was on our side and kept us informed every step of the way. The only issue we had was how long it took to process the paperwork. Even with the current volume, 3 months was a long time.

  Craig Dowling was really friendly and easy to talk to when helping me with my refinancing loan. I've spoken to many reps in the same business as him and he was by far the best. He made me feel comfortable. His loan processor was also very helpful in making sure my application was processed quickly. Great team.

  Craig is absolutely awesome at his job! In addition to helping my husband and I get through the mortgage process, Craig was always there to answer questions and guide us along the way. He also watched the market and let us know when we were able to get a better interest rate!
