  I wouldn't have my house if it wasn't for Bill. He helped me find a house in my price range and arranged for everything. Then when it came time to do a major remodel he helped me with the refinancing. It was nearly effortless. While friends and coworkers struggled with their refinancing I breezed through mine. Bill was easy to work with and very flexible. I sometimes work odd hours and he worked with me to get everything signed. He even had a notary come to my house. He took care of everything. He was patient with my stupid questions and made me feel comfortable when the idea of refinancing frayed my nerves.
