Rod Furniss CLU ChFC5Best Title Company and staff you could ask for. I do tens of transactions a year as a land developer and private land owner. No transaction is to small or too large. They handle my inquires into covenants, boundaries and property histories without complaint and I always understand my closing docs. Private escrow is no problem and they will help you set it up for automatic deposits. The staff is kind and knowledgeable and they always get back to you. The employees train in cooperate betterment as well as personal improvement and education is promoted. It shows. Great job Alliance Title. I would recommend you do your next closing there.

They have closed hundreds of loans for me and I've never had a bad experience with them. My clients love closing there and feel a personal touch with every transaction. Von Cornelison1Summary: The worst experience we’ve ever had with a title company. They demanded we pay fees that were not ours and do title research in order to close. Please be careful! Explanation: We are full time real estate investors who rehab and rent properties. We have used a number of title companies in the Southeastern Idaho area. Recently, we decided to try Alliance in Pocatello since it was close to one of our properties. Here was our experience: 4 business days before closing: Alliance (in Pocatello) notified us that there was a lien on the property. We checked with our attorney and he indicated this lien had been wiped out in foreclosure. After confronting Alliance with this information, they agreed that this was the case, and, if we could provide them with the recorded foreclosure documents, they would still close. We obtained the documents for them (which is part of their job), and we were put back on the schedule to close. 1 business day before closing at 3 PM: Alliance (in Pocatello) called to notify us that despite there being no liens against the property, they would now be unwilling to close unless we pay the other property owner’s personal debt! Again, we confirmed with our attorney that we were under no legal obligation to pay this other person’s debt and there were no liens against the property. We even called another title company to get their opinion. They couldn’t believe that not only was Alliance having us do the research on the title regarding the foreclosure, but also asking us to pay an obligation that wasn’t ours or they wouldn’t do the closing. This may cost us a sale. Conclusion: Unless you are a full-time real estate investor and know exactly what you’re doing, please be very careful using Alliance in Pocatello - they may demand that you pay fees that you are not obligated to pay.

Dan Lefevre1Afte Lisa Jones left, I tried to do business at Alliance Title and I couldn't communicate with them!!! Explained what I wanted several times and they didn't get it!!! Gave me worthless information!!!!! Did multiple transactions with Lisa Jones, I really miss the business relationship we had. First American Title is my new go to, get done title company!!!!
