  Well they took a while to pay the claim but it got done. So I think they did a good job. I'm not with them but I got paid for there customer took a while but we got it done I'm happy with him. Thank You and God Bless Us-all...

  Switched companies and made my termination date future effective 1 month in advance. When I spoke to Farm Bureau they said money-wise everything was good and that as a matter of fact I was paid ahead and would be seeing a refund. I got my refund and then 2 months later I get a notice from a collection agency that I didn't pay my Farm Bureau bill. Very confused I call them and ask what is going on. Farm Bureau says that I still owe them money! No phone call, no e-mail, no auto withdrawl from my checking account to square us up. No notifications of any kind! They just turned it over to collections. I felt this was highly unethical. After discussing this with several colleagues and peers I have heard horror stories about Farm Bureau refusing to cover losses over technicalities and I am over it. When I called to get an explanation on the bill the explanation was not very clear and they didn't seem to know what was going on. I paid the bill anyway to protect my credit score. I won't ever be back. Stay away!

  Fraud! They are charging my mortgage company, while they are sending the bill and insurance to an address that I didn't know existed. This was after I told them to drop my policy. They will not return my money, saying they would of covered anything, it was just a typo error. This is WRONG! Return my money that you charged and didn't cover, and that I had dropped Farm as coverage at the beginning of the policy.

  The folks in the main office are fantastic! I purchased a motorcycle through Rexburg Motor Sports and they gave me the option to finance through Farm Bureau. Not only did we get a fantastic rate, but I can call the office and make a payment over the phone and they are very happy to do it! Last fall, the great Idaho wind blew the bike over in our driveway and Farm Bureau was quick to help us get it repaired!

  I filed a claim with them when my car was hit and everything was handled in very professional manner. I worked with Steve and there was excellent communication and flexibility through the entire process. Thank you!

  Lori H from claims :) thank you so much for helping me! I had gotten in a small collision it was all ready Thursday and boy was I worried how I would get to work, get the kids to school etc even though she didn't handle my claim that didn't stop her from getting me a rental ASAP so thank you for going the extra mile for your clients really shows your dedication.
