  I recently did a home equity loan with Kathleen and she walked me through the process explaining the best plan for my needs. I am so happy with my experience there. The whole team was patient and helped explain everything to me. I had never done this type of loan before. I was very nervous. I've had follow up questions and I always get a timely response. I've already referred friends to this branch that are looking for the same services. Thank you so much Kathleen! You are GREAT at your job!

  This credit union is great to work with! I bought a car a few weeks ago from Arizona. It was shipped to Michigan perfectly. I especially want to recognize my loan lead, David Lee. David is amazing and really went above and beyond with every step. He made me beyond comfortable with the loan process and I did not have any issues. He stepped up with my sales lead / dealership. He even connected and coordinated all the aspects of the payment to the dealership in Arizona. Amazing Job David and Alliance Credit Union!

  I want to thank the manager Kathleen for helping me through the process of buying my car. I explained to her i had several bad experiences purchasing a vehicle. She went above and beyond to help me. I was amazed a person i just met helped me so much. I would trust to send family members and friends to her for a loan or place to open account. Thank you!

  I found that this credit union is way better than Credit Union One that is on Hall Road and Garfield. The managers at this branch will listen to you when you have an issue with your debit card. They will work with you to get things done and fixed up if something goes amiss. The managers that work at this branch are Adam and Dave. I found out that these two professionals are nothing but helpful and kind. The tellers that work at this branch are also friendly. I know they said that stopped shared branch transactions, but I can still use their ATM outside to handle and process my transactions. In addition, they focus on you and your current transaction. I've had great experience working with Kathy (she's the blond haired one), Krysten (has darker hair), Danny (wears glasses and has the curly hair), and Xenon (the tall guy that's closest to the fireplace). Just be prepared to have your ID out for all your transactions so they can pull up your account if you do not know your member ID number.

  Very disappointed in the service here. The atm has been down for almost 5 days which creates a problem when you can’t get to the bank during business hours. Very frustrating, I think it is obvious they have no regard for their customers.
