  Allie and, her processor, Jer were amazing! So easy to work with and I loved the Intercap App that was so easy to upload documents. It made getting information, scanning documents from my phone to them literally with a click of a button. Allie also was able to get me approved quickly and I am not the typical W2 employee.   We bought our home during the crazy, volatile housing market the first half of 2021. Alli and her team at Intercap Lending took all the craziness in stride and were very helpful and reassuring throughout the process. They made sure we didn't miss any details, and that we had the right kind of funding exactly when we needed it. Any time we had questions, they were available and quick to respond.
