  Currently, the market in Middle Tennessee is very difficult for buyers. For that reason, it is important to have a team that is honest, thorough, and keeps open lines of communication on your side. My family and I were very fortunate to be able to work with Rose and Todd of Allegiant Mortgage. The two of them answered any and all questions that we had promptly, and kept us in the loop during every step of the process. As a result, my family and I are now happily settled into Middle TN, and would encourage anyone who is looking to move into the area to give them a shout.

  Allegiant Mortage is a professional company Staffed with people that are more then professional .As a client they treat you as family Work with you explaining every step in the process. I used them 3 times and can not say enough about them I have recommended them to other people for them to use in purchase a house Todd is an awesome broker and very professional and a good guy. Rose helped us even after the purchase to write letters to the builder even when she didn’t have too. They are all willing to go extra just to make one happy

  Todd, Rose, and Ed were exceptional to work with, and wonderful people. They were immensely helpful in understanding the homebuying and mortgage process, and helped to get a great loan. Had an excellent time buying my first house, and appreciate their communication and dedication. Cannot recommend them enough.

  Todd is the best at what he does. You will find nobody better. If you are trying to buy a house for your first time then he is your man. That man is a loan wizard. He always figures out a way to always get you the best deal. The rest of the staff there are just as amazing and they have the whole process of financing or refinancing a home down to an art. They are all very fast, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I could give 10 stars. :)

  My husband and I had a breezy and stress free experience re-financing our house with Allegiant Mortgage! Todd was so helpful with any questions we had and always got back with us in a timely manner. It was also very COVID friendly, all of our dealings were virtual and when it came to signing we had a notary sent to our house which I loved not having to go out in public for!!! Overall they took great care of us and we are thrilled with the service!

  I’ve used Allegiant Mortgage twice now, the team is very professional. Buying a home and refinancing was something I always thought had to be stressful. Their level of expertise made both transactions smooth as could be. If you’re thinking that the mortgage and home buying process is more than you can handle, I recommend you use these guys.   Todd and team at Allegiant Mortgage have been amazing. We went from thinking we had no chance of getting our first home to closing within about 2 months. We just completed an FHA refi with Allegiant after making 6 on time payments to reduce our rate and lowered our monthly payment by $200. We cannot thank Todd and everyone at Allegiant enough!
