  We LOVE FirstBank!! We are Commercial Real Estate agents and have had really great success with the lending for our clients.   FirstBank was great to work with. Specifically, our Mortgage Banker, Tonya Hinesley, was simply outstanding. We were referred to her by our realtor when our original lender struggled to meet deadlines. With less than 3 weeks to close, Tonya took over and drove the process to a swift and successful conclusion. Tonya's professionalism, work ethic and determination rescued us from a difficult situation. On top of that, she's just a joy to work with. I've bought many homes over the years, and Tonya is by far the best banker I've ever seen.

  I enjoyed the process with FirstBank Mortgage. Everything is done via a secured portal, which I appreciated because of Covid. My loan officer, Tonya Hinesley kept in touch via text and phone and kept me informed through every step. Everything went smoothly and as planned.

  I had an amazing experience with Tonya H. at First Bank. She recommended an amazing realtor (Wendy Eakes) and they both took the time to walk me through every step of the house buying process. Tonya went through hell and back getting my loan approved and I am forever thankful. Perfect for any first time homebuyers, the process is never easy but it is definitely rewarding!
