  We closed on our home today and had a first class experience! This Southlake office was very clean and easy to get to. Ann Jefferson was our closer and couldn't have made the process any easier. With my coffee in hand, my wife and I signed the required forms and were out of there well within 15 minutes. Thank you Ann and Allegiance Title, definitely a Five Star Operation!

  I highly suggest not using this title company. My realtor chose this company and said she had had good dealings with them in the past. However I think she might be rethinking this due to this experience. 1st: I kept having issues with their paperwork and having to make corrections and it got to an hour before our closing appointment and we still had not heard if they had the paperwork ready for us. 2nd: we were closing on Friday and everything was executed at noon, they said the funds would be in my account within a few hours and it wasn't until 4:00 when I called to find out what the status was that they told me oh the funds aren't available for us to send we'll send it on Monday. This would have been fine except that Monday we had to close on our other house in the morning and if the funds weren't available we weren't going to get the keys. After arguing with them over what happened I asked that they have a cashier's check ready for me Monday so that I can close on time, they said they'll wire the funds and they "don't do cashier's checks sorry". Having to go back and forth with them to get them to possibly try and get a check for me was very stressful and I still don't know if I'm going to close on time. 3rd: not only did they try and play off that the issue was not on their end, but then they made up an excuse that the funds were held up at the Fed and they didn't have them. I'm in the finance world and knew this was bs. The whole wire system is automated and most likely they just dropped the ball and weren't paying attention to the time. I don't appreciate making up excuses like that. Own up to the error and make it right for me the customer.

  Ryan, so sorry for your experience. Unfortunately, our bank’s wire system was down Friday and so when we funded your transaction late afternoon Friday, the wire couldn’t go out. On Monday, we were prepared to deliver a cashier’s check but, as we discussed, the wire, as opposed to the cashier’s check, would give you immediate funds. As instructed by you, we wired the money. The bank was wiring all of their Friday wires out that morning in batches which then took longer to post. We are sorry your wire did not hit your designated account until 1 pm, but we are pleased your closing was able to transact on Monday and you were able to move in to your new home.   I refinanced my rental property through Allegiance. We called several times and left several messages as they failed to pay the insurance company and now it is uninsured. In addition I am the co-owner of the house with my father and only my father is listed on the county records.. Why? Whenever we called the office and actually got in contact to someone they were very rude. Didn't even let me finish a sentence and talk all over you. For an office being in Southlake dealing with wealthy customers daily, I'd expect better. I've gone through three in the past year and Allegiance is by far the worst. I paid you thousands to refinance my house and you can't even do it correctly.

  I did a loan closings for their clients and they are very responsive if the borrowers or sellers have questions. I highly recommend them because they take of their customers. I totally value businesses like this!
