  I’ve been a member for over 10 years. They decided to cancel my atm card and hold my money hostage. I was promised a new card weeks ago and still nothing. I don’t know what they changed in the last year but I’ve had numerous problems and no responsibility and to top it off their interest rates on savings accounts are horrible. Look for better alternatives. I would look for a bank who is your ally.

  Krisi was such a pleasure to work with during my visit. She was so friendly and very thorough! Anyone that is looking for a credit union I highly recommend her and her location

  Ive banked with them since i was 18. The staff is awesome but i always seem to run into problems with the credit union policies and procedures. I would probably go somewhere else if i weren't scared to try something different lol.

  Love to bank I've had this Bank since I was 12 and they just really great at what they do they were able to get me a new card and put a hold on all of my other things due to an auto theft and they made it very pain was for me.

  Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Location has periodic 'shred days' where members can take paper for shredding and disposal.
