  I have been working with AllayPay for a little less than a year but everyone there is very friendly and always try to resolve any small issues and get you back up and running smoothly again. Chase Tyrrell, the Customer Success Manager is a great guy and will go all out to get things resolved so you are running smoothly again. Chase is a great guy and the company is top notch.   AllayPay has exceeded every one of my expectations over the years we've worked with them. We are in a higher risk industry, and at times processing can be a struggle. However, they’ve always managed to stay on top of the latest industry knowhow and ensure my processing never goes down. I can send in any request and not worry about following up - their team is always on it and replies fast and accurately.

  Understanding how important customer service is, and customer reviews, I searched for a local processing service that would treat us like my business was valued. I read many outstanding reviews specifically mentioning Jeff, so I called. I told Jeff exactly what I was seeking, and I have been working with him for the last month getting everything delivered. Often times the assurances you receive in the sales process are nothing more than lip service; however, with Jeff he has delivered far more than every single item I said was important, he has also delivered outstanding customer service, which seems to be very uncommon in today's business world. If you are in business and seeking someone who values your business then you only need to make one phone call to this organization and you will understand what customer service should be.   Jeff from AllayPay has been a tremendous help. I called him after finding them on google and he was able to get me up and running for our retail location extremely fast, especially right after square terminated our account. I would definetly recommend them.

  AllayPay is by far the best merchant processing company I've ever dealt with. Jeff and his team spent days helping me get setup properly, and answered all of my questions. They also helped me integrate my processing into QuickBooks Online by automatically updating the invoices as paid. With this new system, I've now saved 20 hours each month and over $15K each year. Thank you so much!
