      Sherell is extremely unnecessarily rude and unkind! I have been banking there for years, paid off several vehicle through them, and all I get it a loud attitude!!!! I was just trying to take care of a banking matter, she would answer my questions, and also had a rude remark. Also she repeated what I said back to me in a loud, unkind, voice. Although I was kind back, my feelings are hurt once again. This is not the first time! I would suggest you bank anywhere else because obviously she can't be professional or decent for that matter.
