  Upon my arrival to the Dothan area 1st Franklin assisted me when I had major car problems, without hesitation. I have been with the for ten or more years had not problems anytime I needed them. I would recommend them to family and friends and anyone who need any assistance of anykind.

  I have been with first Franklin forever, the ladies in the office are always the friendliest and if you have any problems you can bet your bottom dollar they are going to solve it. I am really grateful just to be dealing with such great ladies♥️
