  I had been in this store about 8 months ago, and although the people were pretty nice to me, the store was a bit messy, I came back this weekend and I'm not sure what changed but every thing looks much better and is 1000 times better than last time I was in, and the staff were as nice as I remembered

  After waiting for 20 minutes and not being helped in another pawn shop I came here, was greeted as I came in and helped right away! Very professional and helpful guys! Cleanest and most organized shop I've been too! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell!

  I went in looking for a guitar. I got a great deal on a guitar and a few accessories as well. The staff and owner were all very friendly and the shop was easy to navigate, not super cluttered like many other pawn shops.

  Nice shop-Really helpful folks and fair business practices. Once in a while 'stuff' comes up and they always help me out. No BS- no sweat!

  Walked in there to check it out back in 2010, it was good then, now it's 2015 and they are delusional!!! NOTHING is ever priced because these kids constantly check EBay to see what the last item sold for. Buyers beware. I rather go to EZ pawn right across the street because they sell better quality merchandise, fully tested items, and fair reasonable prices. In order to be successful local pawn shop you have to be reasonable and UNDER EBAY PRICES.You've lost my business and I was a regular who came in 2-3 times a week.

  Nice people and they give fair, honest prices for your used items that you're looking to sell. Also they are fair on their prices and willing to negotiate. I will be returning here for their interesting variety of items and very good price on silver coins.

  Been here a few times and always receive good service from all the staff members. They offer more for the item's I'm selling then the surrounding shops I've visited, and have a good selection of items for sale as well. Definitely my go to pawn shop!

  Tried to sell a few swiss watches here. The kid at the counter who was lookin over the watches gave me attitude because I was simply telling him the name and brand of the watches. "Well it's not my first day here" as he was googling the watches he was looking at 1 by 1. I'm not some kid that stole these like what seems to be most of what's in there store. Stolen goods. Smh

  These folks are always there for me! When I need to rustle up some extra cash I can pawn or sell darn near anything of value with these folks. Plus, I can hardly leave here without picking up an affordable power tool to make my life easier. Top that off with fabulous and consistent customer service and Alexander's will always be my first choice.
