  I just wanna say thank you so much to Nikki! She helped me out so much and thoroughly explained every little detail and step by step of what was happening and what she was doing which I really appreciate that so much. And she was so nice and was ACTUALLY trying to help me unlike other businesses/credit unions where they really just don't care! Shout-out to Nikki for doing an awesome job at doing her job. It's amazing to see her so passionate about her job. Literally the best customer service I have received/experienced anywhere in such a long time! Thanks again Nikki! I will MOST definitely refer family and people to her.

  I don't usually need to go to the bank in person anymore, but when I do they are always fast & friendly. Also, SchoolsFirst always has great phone customer service & is very professional & helpful. Great bank overall!

  I have been a member for several years. Recently moved out this way and had the worst experience with this location. I wanted some information about % rates on balance transfers. Blahh blahh.. all I got out of this was a lecture about my spending habits and all the ways he does things right. I left crying. He didn't have any care that we had 2 unexpected death of parents in 2 years, causing most of our experiences. He was unbelievably rude! I guess I'll continue to drive to west covina to get kindness and respect.

  Got a used car loan best rate. now i have my car refinance and used car loan with this financial institution.   Good service but long wait time I’ve been on the phone with them twice today and both calls I was on hold for 20 plus minutes. I went into the store and was told it was a 45 minute to an hour wait. Good bank very helpful but takes time.

  Okay. The only reason I only gave them four stars it's because no one helped me when I first went in, I waited 30 minutes in their waiting room and I had to personally ask someone to help me, then this lady gave me an attitude and told me to sit down and someone would call me when they are ready to help me. However when I was finally called to, the teller introduced herself and apologized for the other rude people and so then after it was a very comforting experience, and she more than helped me with everything I needed that day, she even wrote my number down to call me at a later time and give me more information about my issues.

  I've never had a bad experience here. Everyone is super friendly, helpful and attentive. I love coming here to use their coin machine which is super nice for members since there is no charge. You get all your money!
