  This was an ATM trip. There was no line, which is normal during the middle of the day on a weekday. They have installed new ATM machines which are much more modern. I like the new option of withdrawing cash in $5 increments as well as having the option of what currency the bills are disbursed. In the past 4 $50 bills were disbursed when withdrawing $200 with no option.

  This is probably the best FI I have used. Responses to online messages are quick, phone support has short hold times. They offer great products such as PopMoney and the ability to do ACH transfers to anyone through BillPay. I've never experienced a rude customer service representative when entering a branch. The only thing they could improve is the drive-up hours in Duluth.
